Ernest Saez

Ernest is the Wine Director at Garrison Liquor. He grew up in Southern California and spent time working in Las Vegas and Orlando. He completed his training as a First Level Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has also completed several top level training programs related to the wine and viticulture industry.

Ernest has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years. His experience includes fine dining establishments, private clubs and country clubs.
